I coach strength and conditioning with a focus on clear instruction and steady progress. My background is in teaching movement so it makes sense in your body, not just on a whiteboard.
I use the barbell as the main tool because it scales from day one to advanced lifters and trains the whole body efficiently. Programs are adjusted to your goals, history, and how you respond week to week.
If you show up and put in the work, you can expect to get stronger, move better, and understand what you are doing.
